It comes from planning your content and imagery properly and capturing it in a structured, high-output session. The VIP Signature Content Shoot is designed for business owners and personal brands who want a professional, recognisable visual presence without needing to film content every week. UK-wide travel is available for an additional fee (travel/accommodation)—please contact me before booking to arrange. Studio Hire: Not included in the £599 package. We can book a studio at their standard rate, or use a location of your choice. Availability: Need a specific date? Please check with me prior to booking.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Zoe Kendall | Content Creation & Photography By booking a session with Zoe Kendall, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Booking and Payment Payment Terms: Full payment for the chosen package is required no later than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled photography or filming session. Failure to Pay: If full payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking may be subject to cancellation, and the date may be released to other clients. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations: All bookings are final. In the event of a cancellation by the Client, any payments made will be entirely forfeited. Rescheduling: The Client may request to reschedule a booking up to five (5) days before the scheduled shoot. Rescheduling is strictly subject to my availability. Studio Hire Fees: Any studio hire fees incurred during the booking process are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling. 3. Deliverables and Additional Services Base Packages: All standard packages include raw, unedited footage and/or unedited image files exactly as captured during the session, unless stated otherwise in your package details. Customization: Specific deliverables (e.g., number of reels, edited videos, retouched photographs) vary based on the chosen package. Add-Ons: Additional shooting hours, edited reels, photo retouching, and other services may be purchased as optional extras. Promotional Content: Prices for bespoke promotional videos or extensive commercial photo sets are Price on Application (POA) and will be determined based on the project's scope, requirements, and deliverables. Travel Costs: If applicable, travel expenses will be quoted based on the shoot location and agreed upon in writing prior to the session. 4. Client Responsibilities Communication: The Client is solely responsible for communicating their creative preferences, desired outcomes, and required content types prior to the session. Collaboration: The final quality and outcome of the content heavily rely on the Client's input, preparation, and collaboration on the day of the shoot. 5. Guarantees and Liability Creative Autonomy: While every effort is made to meet and exceed the Client's expectations, photography and content creation are subjective and creative mediums. Therefore, I cannot guarantee specific, exact outcomes due to the fluid nature of the shooting process, environmental factors (e.g., lighting
