Content 365 Shoot
Service Description
Time to get your next batch of content in the diary. As a Content 365 client, you have four 1.5-hour content shoots included across your 12-month membership, giving you a fresh bank of content every quarter to keep you showing up consistently throughout the year. Your Quarterly Shoot Includes 1.5-hour content shoot 15 professionally edited reels 15 professionally edited images Creative direction throughout your session There is no payment required when booking your quarterly shoot. Simply choose your preferred available date and complete your booking details. Once submitted, I’ll check your date and shoot location before approving your booking. If there are any issues with your chosen date, location or travel distance, I’ll contact you directly. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need ahead of your shoot. Travel within 45 minutes of Crowle, DN17 is included. Locations outside of this area must be approved in advance and additional travel fees will apply. Shoot quarterly. Show up all year.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT Full payment is required when booking. Your selected date/time is a booking request and is not confirmed until approved by us. If we cannot accept your requested date, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Payments are non-refundable. A minimum of 48 hours’ written notice is required to reschedule. With sufficient notice, your shoot may be moved once to a mutually convenient date within 60 days, subject to availability. Requests within 48 hours may result in your payment being forfeited and a new booking being required. Any studio rescheduling charges are payable by you. TRAVEL & LOCATION Travel within 45 minutes of Crowle, DN17 is included. Locations beyond this must be agreed before booking and additional travel/accommodation charges may apply. The agreed shoot location cannot be changed at the last minute. Studio hire, location fees, permits and entry fees are not included unless expressly agreed. SHOOT DAY Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and camera-ready. Shoots start and finish at the booked time. Client lateness reduces your available shooting time and the session cannot be extended. PERMISSIONS & CONSENT You are responsible for ensuring filming/photography is permitted at your chosen location and for obtaining consent from any guests, staff, models or attendees being filmed or photographed. We are not responsible where filming is prevented or restricted due to missing permissions. DELIVERY & FILES Standard turnaround is 14 calendar days. Content is delivered via Google Drive and should be downloaded within 6 months. RAW photography files are not supplied. RAW video clips are supplied only where included in your chosen package. CREATIVE WORK By booking, you acknowledge our existing creative and editing style. Minor corrections are permitted; substantial re-edits or work outside the agreed brief may incur additional fees. We do not guarantee social media reach, sales or other commercial results. PORTFOLIO USE We may use content created during your shoot in our portfolio, website, social media and marketing. If you require privacy or an NDA, this must be agreed in writing before your shoot and an additional fee may apply. COMPANY CANCELLATION If we are unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, your standard shoot will be rescheduled to the earliest mutually available date. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
