Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions Booking and Payment Full payment is due 10 days prior to the scheduled filming session. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their booking up to 5 days before the scheduled shoot, subject to availability. The cost will be forfeited in case of cancellation. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for communicating their preferences regarding the types of content and desired outcomes for the filming session. The quality and outcome of the content captured during the session will depend on the client's input and collaboration. Confidence and body image concerns are personal matters outside the scope of this service. While I strive to create content that presents you in the best possible light, I cannot influence how you perceive yourself on camera. To me, you look great, and my role is to capture authentic, engaging content for social media. Filming Session I am not a videographer or photographer; I am a content creator. All content is filmed/captured using an iPhone 16 Pro Max with the primary intention of being used for social media purposes. All packages include raw, unedited footage as captured during the session. Additional filming hours and edited reels can be purchased as optional extras. Specific deliverables (e.g., number of reels, promo videos) depend on the chosen package and can be customised with add-ons. Studio Hire and Additional Costs Studio hire fees are non-refundable once booked. Clients must respect the studio space, including adhering to any rules set by the studio owner, keeping the area clean, and avoiding any damage to the property or equipment. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. Travel costs, if applicable, will be quoted based on the location and agreed upon separately. Guarantees and Liability While I strive to deliver the best possible content, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to the creative nature of the filming process and participant input. I will make every effort to meet the client's expectations within the scope of the booked package. Promotional Video Prices for promotional videos (POA) will be determined based on the scope of the project and specific client requirements. Miscellaneous Any additional terms and conditions agreed upon separately will also apply. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
