Service Description

A condensed, high-impact 1-hour session designed to give your brand a quick but powerful content refresh. You know those brands where everything looks intentional. The visuals hit the spot, the reels feel on-brand, and every post looks like it belongs together. You want that consistency, but you might not have the schedule or need for a half-day production. That’s where the Express Shoot comes in. The 1-Hour Express Content Shoot is designed for busy business owners and personal brands who need a sharp, structured session to capture a high-quality batch of reels and imagery. What’s Included 1 Hour Express Content Shoot £249 | Monday – Friday • Pre-shoot planning to map the vision, outfits, props and messaging • 1 hour of guided filming and photography • 10 professionally edited reels, ready to post • 10 professionally edited images • All raw video clips • Creative direction throughout to keep everything aligned with your brand Optional Add-Ons Want a little more from your shoot? Upgrade to receive all images from your session professionally edited for an additional £50. Studio hire can also be arranged and is charged separately depending on the studio and location. Who This Is For You want high-quality, on-brand content but are short on time. You need a quick top-up of reels and photos between bigger campaigns. You want professional direction so you can maximise every minute of your shoot. The Result You leave with a creative batch of content ready to plug straight into your marketing, giving you the high-quality visuals you need to show up consistently without a massive time commitment. Availability is limited each month to maintain production quality. Need To Know Travel: Travel within 45 minutes of Crowle, DN17 is included. If your shoot location is more than 45 minutes away, please see the add ons and pick the most suitable one for yourself, If more than 180 mins away please message me for a travel quote. Studio Hire: Studio hire is not included in the £249 package and will be charged separately where required. Availability: All bookings are subject to approval. Select your preferred available date when booking and I'll confirm your shoot once your request has been reviewed.

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & PAYMENT Full payment is required when booking. Your selected date/time is a booking request and is not confirmed until approved by us. If we cannot accept your requested date, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Payments are non-refundable. A minimum of 48 hours’ written notice is required to reschedule. With sufficient notice, your shoot may be moved once to a mutually convenient date within 60 days, subject to availability. Requests within 48 hours may result in your payment being forfeited and a new booking being required. Any studio rescheduling charges are payable by you. TRAVEL & LOCATION Travel within 45 minutes of Crowle, DN17 is included. Locations beyond this must be agreed before booking and additional travel/accommodation charges may apply. The agreed shoot location cannot be changed at the last minute. Studio hire, location fees, permits and entry fees are not included unless expressly agreed. SHOOT DAY Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and camera-ready. Shoots start and finish at the booked time. Client lateness reduces your available shooting time and the session cannot be extended. PERMISSIONS & CONSENT You are responsible for ensuring filming/photography is permitted at your chosen location and for obtaining consent from any guests, staff, models or attendees being filmed or photographed. We are not responsible where filming is prevented or restricted due to missing permissions. DELIVERY & FILES Standard turnaround is 14 calendar days. Content is delivered via Google Drive and should be downloaded within 6 months. RAW photography files are not supplied. RAW video clips are supplied only where included in your chosen package. CREATIVE WORK By booking, you acknowledge our existing creative and editing style. Minor corrections are permitted; substantial re-edits or work outside the agreed brief may incur additional fees. We do not guarantee social media reach, sales or other commercial results. PORTFOLIO USE We may use content created during your shoot in our portfolio, website, social media and marketing. If you require privacy or an NDA, this must be agreed in writing before your shoot and an additional fee may apply. COMPANY CANCELLATION If we are unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, your standard shoot will be rescheduled to the earliest mutually available date. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
