Cancellation Policy

One-Off Mentorship Call Policy Zoe Kendall Creative This document outlines the terms and conditions for one-off 1:1 mentorship sessions provided by Zoe Kendall Creative. By booking and paying for a session, you agree to the following: 1. Booking & Payment The full fee for a one-off mentorship session is £250, payable at the time of booking. Once payment is received, you will receive a booking link to select your session time. Sessions are conducted via Zoom/Google Meet and last for 60 minutes. You must schedule your session within 90 days of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited at the discretion of Zoe Kendall Creative. No-shows without communication will be considered a completed session and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. 3. Refund Policy Due to the high-touch and personalised nature of mentorship, all bookings are non-refundable. If Zoe Kendall Creative must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule. 4. Session Use & Expectations This session is designed to provide tailored support for content creators. Results will vary depending on your implementation, effort, and current business stage. No outcomes are guaranteed. You agree to come prepared with any questions or topics you’d like to focus on, to make best use of our time together. 5. Follow-Up Support You will receive 48 hours of follow-up voice note or messaging support (via WhatsApp) after your session. This is intended for clarity, accountability, and small follow-up questions. It is not ongoing mentorship. 6. Confidentiality All information shared during your session will be kept strictly confidential. You agree not to record, redistribute, or share the content or advice of the session without written consent. 7. Intellectual Property Any resources, frameworks, or tools shared during the call remain the intellectual property of Zoe Kendall Creative. You may use the advice and strategies for your own business but may not resell or teach them as your own. 8. Limitation of Liability Zoe Kendall Creative is not liable for any business losses, personal outcomes, or missed opportunities resulting from advice given. You retain full responsibility for your actions and decisions following the mentorship session.
